There was male full frontal in GTAIV. Niko went and talked to I believe the DA while he was in the sauna or getting a massage. Niko made a comment to him about not covering anything up. Also, last year after a 5K I made a comment to my wife about Mario Karting a banana on the way home. After a long debate she decided it was inappropriate.
