Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs Trailer Teases and Squeals
I’ll admit that I haven’t yet gathered up enough fortitude to actually finish Amensia: The Dark Descent. However, I may have just found my motivation now that the sequel, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs has its first official trailer:
Hey pig.
Apparently squealing pig noises are right up next to children’s voices on the terrifying sound scale for me. AMFP not only looks more intense, but just the title and presence of the pigs alone makes it borderline disturbing. I can deal with demons and the supernatural, but this turn towards the unnatural makes it all the more intriguing.
I can’t wait to see what the collaboration of Frictional Games and Thechineseroom (Dear Esther) will do for the all-but-abandoned video game horror genre. Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is currently slated for a PC release later this Fall.
