World of Tanks is Getting Sexier in 8.0 Update
These tanks appear to have fallen in love, hopefully the update doesn’t make one more appealing to look at than the other.
A trailer for the update codenamed 8.0 for World of Tanks has recently popped up on the interwebs and looks to be a pretty impressive gift to fans of the free-ish to play multiplayer strategy game. WoT is getting a complete graphics overhaul (as you’ll see below) as well as some physics adjustments, new tanks, some UI tweaks and other bits of tid. There’s no release date for Wot 8.0, but seeing as it appears to be pretty massive, one can assume it may take a minute.
My brother loves this game and, while I have yet to play it, I watch it from a distance with curious eyes. I love tanks, but prefer the ones that have arcade controls and don’t require too much thought or planning before being driven headlong into battle. That being said, it’s nice to see that not all tank related games cater to the meatheads of the world.
Are you seriously writing about MY game?!?!?!!? If you want a review on 7.4 patch, let the guy that’s actually playing it write it! :). No, seriously, I’ll write one up in Fall.
