The First Approved Games for Steam Greenlight

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce Greenlight’s first graduating class. Queue band for Pomp and Circumstance.

Pomp and Circumstance

Each game will be released independently and many are in different stages of the process with ValveYou can expect to see all ten of these games released over the coming months.

“The Steam community rallied around these titles and made them the clear choice for the first set of titles to launch out of Greenlight,” said Anna Sweet of Valve. “Since launch, hundreds of titles have been submitted, with more coming in every day. We expect to be announcing more titles coming to Steam via Greenlight soon.”

The first 10 titles coming to Steam from Greenlight are:

A small observation, but it appears the clear winners of this graduating class are zombie, horror, and strategy games. It will be interesting to see with each group of games what the leading genres are. Games I’m most likely to pick up? I’m glad you didn’t ask. I’m really looking at Project Zomboid and Towns.
